- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity.
"3-5 working days" – Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 5 days to UK mainland.
"1-2 working days" – Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 48 hours to UK mainland.
"BFPO" - This type of delivery is for Armed Forces ONLY and cannot be used for civilian or business deliveries.
When you place an order, you will be notified of estimated dispatch and delivery dates for your order, based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
In busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch however we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been made online, it goes through our picking, packing, labelling and dispatching processes. After these processes have been completed, most goods (excluding small or very large items) will be shipped by courier on a next day service.
We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances, if the order is to be delivered to a remote area as signified above, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
- Privacy & Security
- The order will be delivered during office hours and will require a signature. Orders to more remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis but all valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.Returns & Replacements.

- Ordering
- We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.
If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including bait and made-to-measure items.
